1 · What ZoneIn is

ZoneIn AI is a personal planning tool: it sorts your tasks into priority zones using AI and helps you run your week. It is a productivity aid — not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. AI sorting can be wrong; you stay the judge of your own priorities.

2 · Alpha status

ZoneIn is currently in alpha testing. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to protect your data (see the Privacy & Data Security page), but during alpha you should expect occasional bugs, and we recommend exporting your data periodically (Settings → Data → Export).

3 · Your account & access

• No account is required for core features. If you sign in for sync, you're responsible for your sign-in method (your Google account or email access).
• Alpha lifetime access is personal, granted via single-use invite codes, and tied to your signed-in account. Codes may not be resold or shared.
• When paid plans launch, billing runs through Apple's App Store or Google Play — their payment terms apply; cancel anytime through your store subscription settings.
• The Lifetime Pass is sold only during the stated launch window (the first 90 days or first 500 passes, whichever comes first). Once the window closes, new Lifetime sales end — but every purchased pass remains valid forever.

4 · Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to breach other users' data, no reverse-engineering our API for bulk AI access (AI requests are rate-limited per user), and no using the app for unlawful content. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

5 · Your content

Your tasks are yours. We claim no ownership of anything you type, dictate, or scan. We process your content only to provide the product, as described in the Privacy page — never for advertising, never for training AI models.

6 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZoneIn's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (during the free alpha: zero). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7 · Changes

We may update these terms as the product leaves alpha (e.g., when paid billing launches). Material changes will be announced in the app, and the "last updated" date above always tells you the current version.
